DAHOV released “The Tabla Song,” a percussion-driven collaboration produced by Grammy-winning producer Damon Elliott and recorded at Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas.
Released on June 1, 2015, “The Tabla Song” brought DAHOV together with Grammy-winning producer, songwriter and recording artist Damon Elliott for a distinctive Las Vegas studio collaboration. Recorded at Palms Casino Resort, the track blended DAHOV’s signature Darbuka with Elliott’s production and vocals.
The recording marked an important chapter in DAHOV’s development as a recording artist, bringing his live percussion style into a studio production created with an internationally recognized music producer.
Damon Elliott produced and contributed vocals to “The Tabla Song.” A two-time Grammy-winning and multi-platinum producer, songwriter and composer, Elliott has worked across pop, R&B, hip-hop and film music. He is also the son of legendary singer Dionne Warwick.
The collaboration developed through DAHOV and Elliott’s personal friendship and shared interest in combining live musicianship with contemporary production. Their sessions inside Palms Casino Resort placed the project within one of Las Vegas’s best-known entertainment destinations.
Released on June 1, 2015, “The Tabla Song” remains part of DAHOV’s recording history and reflects the broader musical identity behind his live performances: international percussion, modern production and creative collaboration.
